At NM TROPICAL POWER LIMITED, we offer flexible delivery options to make your shopping experience seamless. Whether you’re picking up in-store or receiving your order elsewhere in Tanzania, we’ve got you covered.

Store Pickup

  • Free for all eligible orders.

  • Simply select “PICK UP” at checkout to see if your items qualify.

Physical address: Property No.5 Mikocheni Industrial area, P.O.Box 105199 Dar Es Salaam, TANZANIA.

Delivery within Dar es Salaam

  • Free delivery on orders above Tsh 100,000/.

  • For orders below Tsh 100,000/, delivery fees will be calculated during checkout.

Delivery to Other Cities in Tanzania

  • Select “Transporter” as your delivery option during checkout.

  • You will also be responsible for paying your chosen transporter’s fees directly.

  • We will deliver your package to your preferred transporter.

Additional Information

  • Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • We use a variety of reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you promptly.

  • Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate shipments. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email for each.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.
